5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Use virtual numbers for scams, identity fraud, or unlawful verification.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
  • Abuse referral programs or promotional offers.
  • Resell services without written authorization.
  • Use the Platform for spam, malware distribution, or malicious activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.

6. Payments and Transactions

All payments made through Nova Solution are subject to verification.

Users acknowledge that:

Approved refunds may be returned to the user's Nova Solution wallet. Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

Nova Solution strives to provide uninterrupted access to services but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Nova Solution shall not be responsible for downtime resulting from:

  • Third-party provider failures.
  • Scheduled maintenance.

  • Internet connectivity problems.
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property
